Twigs Salmon Melt

Ingredients:

• 4-8 Oz Sockeye Salmon 
• 1 bushel Green Onions 
• single pack Chives 
• 2 Avocado 
• 2 Tomato 
• 1 lemon 
• Chosen Foods Lemon Garlic Aioli Dressing
• Private Selection Capers 
• Waterfront Sourdough Bread 
• Cache Valley Pepper-jack Cheese  

Directions: 

1. Toast Sourdough (without butter or oil). 
2. Slice up avocados, tomatoes , chives, and green onions. 
3. In a medium bowl mix together salmon , green onions , and 1 oz lemon garlic aioli.
4. Place toasted sourdough on baking sheet and  Put salmon mixture on bread .
5. Add sliced tomatoes & cheese on salmon.
6. Broil until cheese is browned (1-3 minutes).
