Stuffed Peppers


  • 2lbs ground sausage or ground turkey 
  • 4 red/yellow/orange/green peppers 
  • 8 oz cream cheese 
  • 1 cup shredded cheese 


  1. Precook sausage or turkey in skillet, mix in cream cheese 
  2. Half peppers and core (de-seed). makes 8. 
  3. Preheat oven 350 
  4. Place peppers in baking dish and stuff peppers with meat mix 
  5. Cover top with cheese 
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
