Low Carb Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cheese 
  • 4 eggs 
  • sausage patties 
  • sliced cheese 

Directions:

  1. Preheat mini dash 
  2. Mix together shredded cheese and 2 eggs in small bowl 
  3. Place 1-2 tbsp mixture in waffle iron and cook until browned 
  4. Cook sausage patties and eggs in separate skillet
