Low Carb Bread


  • 2 Cups almond flour --> what I use Here
  • 1/2 Tsp pink salt 
  • 1/2 Tsp xanthum gum --> what I use Here
  • 1 Tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 Cup butter (melted)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil --> what I use Here
  • 7 eggs (beat)



  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a medium size bowl whisk together dry ingredients; almond flour, salt, gum. powder
  3. Add wet ingredients; butter, oil and eggs
  4. Mix together and pour into a greased bread pan --> what I use Here
  5. Bake for 45 minutes
  6. **checking to see if bread is done** place a toothpick into the middle, if it comes off clean (no batter) bread is ready.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from bread pan onto kitchen towel
