Ingredients:
- 2 Cups almond flour --> what I use Here
- 1/2 Tsp pink salt
- 1/2 Tsp xanthum gum --> what I use Here
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Cup butter (melted)
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil --> what I use Here
- 7 eggs (beat)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a medium size bowl whisk together dry ingredients; almond flour, salt, gum. powder
- Add wet ingredients; butter, oil and eggs
- Mix together and pour into a greased bread pan --> what I use Here
- Bake for 45 minutes
- **checking to see if bread is done** place a toothpick into the middle, if it comes off clean (no batter) bread is ready.
- Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from bread pan onto kitchen towel
