Ingredients:
1. 2 lbs ground beef 80% lean
2. 1/3-1/2 cups garlic pepper
3. few tbsp lemon pepper
4. few tbsp pink salt
5. 1 1/2 cups low carb Alfredo
6. 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan
7. 2 eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 380
2. In a large bowl mix together ground beef, eggs, parmesan and seasoning.
3. Make 1/4 cup sized meatballs and place on baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
5. Remove from oven and pour Alfredo sauce in medium bowl with meatballs and coat.
6. season extra with lemon pepper, salt and parsley
