Keto Raspberry Jam

  • 5 Cups raspberries
  • 1/2-2/3 Cup sweetener  --> what I use Here
  • 1 packet SURE-JELL --> what I use Here
  • 3/4 Cup water 
  • 2 medium size mason jars --> what I use Here
  1. Clean, rinse and thoroughly dry jars; set to the side
  2. Place fruit in large bowl and crush.
  3. Pour into saucepan and stir in water and 1 packet sure-jell
  4. Bring to full boil, stir constantly (boil that consistently bubbles) on high, continue stirring and boil for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat. stir in sweetener gradually
  6. Ladle immediately into prepared jars, fill each jar within 1/4 inch of the top
  7. Set on flat surface for 24 hours to cool
  8. Long term store in freezer. Refrigerate after opening
