- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1/3 cup low carb sauce
- Heat waffle iron
- In a small bowl nix together shredded cheese and 1 egg.
- Place 2 tbsp cheese mixture in pre-heated iron and cook until browned.
- In a medium pot bring 4 cups water to boil.
- Crack in 2 eggs and turn off heat.
- Cover and cook for 2-4 minutes.
- While waffles and eggs cook, slice up avocado.
- In a separate small pot heat sauce on low.
- Place avocado on chaffle, egg, sauce and then seasoning .
