Ingredients:
- 2 lbs angus ground beef 85/15
- 1/4 yellow onion
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1/4 C. beef broth -> what I use Here
- 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp xanthem gum
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 C. sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp paprika / chilli powder
- 1 tsp pink salt
- + pepper and parsley
Directions:
- In skillet on medium and sauté mushrooms in avocado oil for 10-12 minutes, set to side.
- Melt butter in pan on high and add ground beef, onion, broth, sauce
- Cook until meat is browned; add spices, sour cream, mushrooms and lemon juice. (add gum to thicken mixture)
- Combined ingredients, warm and serve
- Optional: avocado, extra sour cream & cheese
